Insurance
We are fully insured and carry $5,000,000 of General Liability Insurance for each event.

Are reservations necessary?
We suggest you call us at least 4-8 weeks ahead of time for a small event and as much as 3-4 months in advance if you are planning a large event such as a wedding, corporate event, company picnic, community festival, holiday party, school carnival or church event. This gives us time to work with you and plan the perfect mix of equipment for your event.

Is there a deposit required?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Once you have chosen your games and paid your deposit, we commit both the equipment and staff to your event. The final balance is due upon arrival during set up.

Free Event Planning Service
We will work with you in selecting the right mix of equipment based on the event, including age range, number of guests and space.

What kind of events do you cater to?

How do I make a reservation?

What if I want to change my order?
We can accept changes up to 15 days prior to your event at no charge. If your needs change, please contact us immediately to discuss alternative equipment – we are happy to change your order based on equipment available.

WSIB (workers comp insurance)
All of our employees are insured & covered by the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board. For your protection, we recommend you research all of your suppliers and vendors and ensure they carry workers compensation insurance.

Free Site Inspections
For larger events, upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit, we will come out to your location and review your site and requirements with you to determine the best location for your equipment set up.
